My name is Arkadiusz Chrul. I founded an Employment Agency in Gdynia to help my fellow countrymen and migrants find work abroad. I advise and mediate in employment. Many people living in Poland perceive lack of development and stagnation of earnings. My company helps to get contacts and job offers in the Netherlands and Germany. In Western Europe there is a strong demand for manual workers and experts in many fields. Some of the advertisements concern seasonal work - e.g. harvesting fruit and vegetables, in hotels and on construction sites. Some of the contracts are long-term - in this case we are looking for, among others, machine operators or warehouse workers. Each employer is treated individually.
